i was reading
"HOW TO MAKE ANYONE LIKE YOU" by Leil Lowndes, well it is about 300 pages, telling us what to do to make anyone like you.. funny eh.. :)
one of the topic disccued in that book is, how to make you happy in order to make anyone like you.. because nobody likes SAD and pathetic people (unless they are a true friend - that leave them with no choice... )
so i requoted what i've read.. and try to summarized it.. i think this one is quite GOOD... if you are familiar with NLP (neurolinguistic programe) you will come across that "negative energy will crate a negative vibes that will attract negative things into your life" its bad right? so in order to make you happy is to shoo away the negative element.. one of the proven ways is:
list 10 people who are closest to you.. and put this beside their names
say:
boyfriend (CL)
best friend A (CN)
b
est friend B (CS)
mom (CA)
dad (CB)
CL - criticize a lot
CN - criticize neveri
CS - criticise seldom
CA - criticize always
CB - criticize beneficially
if you want to be happy and full of positive energy, ERASE the one with CL and CA (even though its ur mom) from your life.. if its mom (you just cannot avoid mom!!).. just talk to her only when necessary, and the boyfriend.. well LEAVE HIM!
then again.. who needs people who critocize us all the time.. the will only bring ourr morale down, offend us, crash our ego and demotivate us.. WHO NEEDED PEOPLE LIKE THAT IN OUR LIFE? but less that we know.. they ARE actually hanging around us and we are keep crashing our heads to find out why we are so unhappy and unsuccessful.. u get it now?
There you have it. Time to be 'shooed' away and erased. Top ON the list and seemingly the lowest prioritized over relatives.
